$135 for initial intake session
$110 per 50-minute session
 

Insurance

I am an in-network provider for most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, and for MedCost and Aetna.   I also work with clients who have out-of-network benefits with Cigna, United Healthcare, and United Behavioral Healthcare.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, or if you cancel your scheduled therapy appointment without at least 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay a $60 no-show/late cancellation fee.
